Returns and Refunds Policy
All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the dispatch date and must be in the condition sold.
We do not cover the cost of postage for items returned back to us, this must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at info.nolookingback@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Please ensure that your name and order number and receipt of purchase are enclosed with the return.
All items must:
- Be unwashed
- Have all labels attached
- Be unused/ not worn
- Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
- Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc
We recommend returning items through a trackable method as we cannot issue a refund on items that are not received or lost in transit in return to us. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
No Looking Back Ltd reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer.
No Looking Back Ltd does not refund postage.
All refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment.
Exchanges – Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you I’m afraid. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.
